How to design the tensile resistance material of stainless steel mold.

1. First understand the mechanical properties, plasticity, hardness and other characteristics of stainless steel materials in order to choose the appropriate mold material and heat treatment process.

5. According to the mold structure and product requirements, determine the installation position and size of the blocking material to ensure that the blocking material can effectively prevent the material flow while avoiding damage to the mold.
6. According to the mold structure and material characteristics, select the appropriate resistance material fixing method, such as threaded connection, welding, pressure plate, etc.
7. Optimize the design to improve the reliability and service life of the mold, while ensuring that the mold is easy to process, install and repair.
8. Draw mold drawings based on the design results, including parts drawings, assembly drawings, etc.
9. Make samples according to the drawings and conduct trial production to verify the correctness and rationality of the design.
10. Improve and perfect the design based on the trial production results to improve the performance and quality of the mold.
